Cancellation Policy
To confirm your catering reservation, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. Orders are not considered confirmed until full payment is received. We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, please note that our catering services require advance preparation, including staffing, baking, and ordering fresh ingredients — all of which are finalized prior to your event. With that in mind, our rescheduling policy is as follows: Events canceled or rescheduled 48 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled for a future date within 1 year of the original event. Events canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or less before the scheduled time are non-transferable and non-refundable, as staffing and product preparation will have already occurred. Custom or large-volume orders may require a non-refundable deposit due to specialty items and labor planning.
